By connecting an Instagram account to PostToDM or using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

PostToDM automates replies to comments and direct messages on Instagram professional accounts, using Meta's official Instagram API.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms.
• Do not use the service for spam, misleading content, or anything unlawful.
• Make sure links and content you send are accurate and lawful.

Availability

The service depends on Meta's platform and may change or be interrupted if Meta changes its API, limits or policies. We provide the service as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the platform at risk.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dynamic Minds Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
